Develop talent and manage performance, aligning operational efficiency with corporate strategy.
Supplier management and qualification, including contracts and performance oversight.
Analyze and optimize costs, risks, and compliance.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields.
Proven experience in leadership and management roles.
Advanced Excel skills.
Power BI and Power Query are a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
SAP experience is a plus.
Intermediate English or Spanish is desirable.
