You will support the operational procurement team in handling inquiries and analyzing offers.
You will communicate independently with our suppliers by email and phone.
You will work with SAP and Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, Outlook) and prepare analyses and reports in Excel.
You will actively participate in analyzing supplier performance and assist with administrative tasks such as tracking orders, order confirmations and inquiries.
Requirements
You are studying Business, Business Administration, Logistics or a comparable degree program.
You are confident using Microsoft 365, especially Teams, Excel and Outlook.
Basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage; onboarding/training will be provided.
You have excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
You are comfortable interacting with suppliers and external contacts.
You have a quick grasp and an interest in commercial processes.
Accuracy, diligence and a sense of responsibility characterize your working style.
You are a team player, willing to learn and open to new tools and processes.
