Support in sales processes, including managing inquiries, preparing quotations, and maintaining relationships with our sales and deployment teams primarily in South and Central Europe
Analysis of customer needs and operations to contribute to the development of innovative, customer-oriented solutions
Acts as a bridge between the sales team and other departments, including customer operations, legal, company operations, and product management
Assist in creation and handling of drawings and electrical schematics
Identify business process improvements and initiate dialogues with internal stakeholders for improvements
Present solution proposals to customers
Support with CRM system operations admin (process focus) and ensure data quality.
Requirements
Sales related experience with strong communication skills
Relevant technical education, such as a degree or certification in engineering, electrical systems, or a related field
Experience or familiarity with technical drawings, electrical schematics, and project documentation
A solution-oriented mindset with a proactive, “doer” attitude and a willingness to engage with customers
Keen interest in the renewable energy sector and e-mobility
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
Basic understanding of sales processes is an advantage
Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch and French or German.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally
