Lead a cross-functional Integrated Product Team (IPT) to achieve product line's delivery, quality and cost goals
Managing all delivery, quality, schedule, and cost targets associated with a program's production
Develop and execute the Production Integrated Product Team (P-IPT) business rhythm
Developing and maintaining production schedules to meet delivery commitments
Developing and maintaining customer relationships
Managing financial impacts and program budgets (EVM & Control Account Manager Duties), Safety, Security, PP&C, Global Supply Chain and IT

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze, evaluate and develop solutions to technical problems with minimum supervision
Experience and familiarity with MS Office products
