As a methodological project management expert, you accompany and advise our clients on how to successfully implement transformation projects.
You design requirements workshops and, together with our team, lay the foundation for successful projects.
You coordinate teams and clients through efficient and holistic project governance as well as balanced change management.
You support change across a variety of projects — from operational process optimizations and digitalization projects to strategic large-scale initiatives.
Requirements
Diploma or Master's degree, e.g., in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Business Information Systems
Methodological knowledge in project management and relevant practical experience, e.g., through internships or student positions
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Strong communication skills, initiative and enjoyment of collaborating — in teams and with clients
Willingness to travel and enthusiasm for working on the client’s site
