Project Management Intern

Role Overview

• Gain hands-on experience by providing daily support with the guidance of senior team members including updating daily status reports and hot sheets
• Scheduling internal meetings
• Preparing timelines and project estimates
• Develop relationships with cross-discipline project teams and support resource allocations
• Generate and assess weekly financial reports and participate in internal billing meetings
• Assist with management, quality assurance and delivery of all final campaign assets in preparation for trafficking and launch

Requirements

• U.S.-based candidates graduating from an undergraduate or graduate program in 2027
• No prior professional experience is required to apply
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis
• Employment-based visa sponsorship (including H-1B sponsorship) is not available for this position
