Daily communication with external customers, sales teammates, and other NSMAR teammates.
Manage customer accounts (new/existing) in conjunction with DSMs.
Quote customer inquiries, enter customer orders, provide customer status updates, and other functions that support the NSMAR Sales team.
Leverage Power BI and other reporting systems to design and maintain dashboards that provide insights into market trends, pricing dynamics, and customer performance.
Candidates must be self-motivated and have good organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Requirements
Computer experience with analytical software. Ex: PowerBI, Minitab, MySQL, etc.
Prior experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service
Excellent computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4 years minimum experience in Sales or a similar field (Preferred)
College Degree or equivalent experience in a related field (Preferred)
