Receiving telephone customer orders and processing them accordingly
Preparing individual, customer-focused offers
Acquiring new customers and activating and reactivating existing customers
Supporting the field sales team in day-to-day operational tasks

Requirements
Ideally a technical or commercial vocational qualification and a strong technical interest
Initial experience in sales of technical products or from the electrotechnical or trades sector; career changers into sales welcome
Strong customer-service orientation, excellent communication skills and negotiation ability
Enjoyment of working in a team
and sales-oriented environment
