About this role
Role Overview
- Implement IPM's Accounting System in municipal public bodies, following business rules and client requirements, including routines and areas such as Planning and Budget, Asset and Accounting Management, Financial Management, Financial Reporting and Compliance, and Internal Control
- Analyze system processes and functionalities, identifying improvements and required adjustments
- Configure the system according to gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security
- Deliver training to system users, guiding them on operations and available features
- Monitor the implementation process, resolving issues and addressing user questions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
- Knowledge of public legislation and regulations applicable to the area (Public Accounting), including routines such as Planning and Budget, Asset and Accounting Management, Financial Management, Financial Reporting and Compliance, and Internal Control
- Experience with budgetary, accounting, and financial management software
- Availability for frequent travel
