2+ years handling commercial attorney represented bodily injury or uninsured motorist bodily injury demand claims
Must have commercial experience investigating and resolving coverage and liability investigations
Must have strong written communication skills
Must attain and maintain required licenses issued by state insurance departments
Must be able to speak clearly, empathically, and professionally by telephone
Must handle difficult conversations and stressful situations
Must follow complex instructions and resolve or facilitate conflict resolution
Must have strong organization and priority setting skills
Must be able to multi-task
Must learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
