Work collaboratively with marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams.
Monitor partner performance metrics and growth plans.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields).
Proven experience in B2B consultative sales within an indirect channel model.
Experience in active prospecting (hunter profile).
Experience in technology companies, software, SaaS, or digital solutions.
Knowledge of channel models, partnerships, and commercial ecosystems.
Ability to negotiate and build relationships at the executive level.
Growth-oriented mindset and focus on relationship building.
Autonomy and strong organizational skills for pipeline management.
Executive communication skills and strategic vision.
Analytical ability for data-driven decision making.
