Develop, coordinate and maintain bilingual content for class action settlements and related projects
Provide clear, trauma-informed, and culturally safe information that supports class members and communities
Support media and social media monitoring, analysis and reporting
Identify issues and opportunities, and recommend and implement integrated content solutions
Collaborate across projects to develop high-quality bilingual communication materials
Support reputational and issues management efforts by developing strategies and tactics to address misinformation
Monitor media, social platforms, and stakeholder feedback to identify risks, trends, and opportunities
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or community relations
A degree or diploma in communications, public relations, marketing, business communications, journalism, or equivalent education and experience
Bilingual proficiency (English and French)
Experience executing communication strategies and developing supporting materials, such as messaging, PowerPoints, web content, print materials, social posts, and more
Experience with media and social media monitoring and performance measurement to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
Excellent organizational and project management capabilities
Experience working with generative AI tools within defined governance frameworks, including prompt design, critical review, editing, documentation of AI assisted content, and respect for privacy and security requirements
Ability to travel occasionally to internal meetings, client engagements, or community visits
