Support franchise partners in establishing and scaling their branches.

Ensure consistent quality and advisory standards in mortgage financing.
Requirements
Several years of experience in mortgage financing.
A solid education in banking or finance (e.g., bank clerk, certified banking specialist, business economist, degree in business administration/finance or equivalent).
Experience building, managing, or developing sales or organizational structures.
Leadership experience, for example as a team leader, branch manager or in a comparable responsibility.
Strong understanding of sales metrics and financial relationships.
Strategic thinking combined with operational proximity to the market.
Clear communication, decisiveness and reliability.
Willingness to travel within your region.
