Role Overview
- Prospecting: identify hair salons to target, organize your prospecting plan, and request appointments
- Retention and development: manage and engage the existing client portfolio
- Drive performance and KPIs: monitor your performance indicators
- Use digital tools (Salesforce CRM, Power BI, AI tools) to manage your activity
- Ensure the presence and visibility of our professional brands in hair salons
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Business or equivalent
- More than 2 years' experience in B2B sales (experience in the beauty sector is a plus)
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
