About this role
Role Overview
Managing and expanding the customer portfolio within the Human Nutrition sector.
Working closely with both existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate nutritional solutions.
Achieving sales objectives and strengthening market position.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Identifying new business and market opportunities.
Preparing and following up on quotes and sales contracts.
Pursuing sales objectives.
Working intensively with internal teams, including logistics and sales support, to ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (Food Science, Human Nutrition, Biochemistry, Chemistry) or a related field.
At least 3-8 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent negotiation skills and commercial insight.
Strong communication and social skills.
Good command of MS Office and ERP systems.
Knowledge of quality management systems and relevant certifications (FAMI-QQ, FCA, ISO) is a plus.
Solution-oriented thinking and a positive attitude.
Good knowledge of English, Dutch and French is crucial to build a good partner relationship.
You are a commercial talent who can work independently, organized, and result-oriented.
