Jaeger Medical is seeking a Sales Account Manager to represent the company across various call points. This role focuses on executing sales and marketing plans within a defined geographical territory while generating new business and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and close new business and technologies, strategically meeting/exceeding sales targets through an innovative and customer centered approach
- Implement Marketing promotions and offer quantitative feedback on same
- Deepen Jaeger’s customer base in the territory
- Cold call, prospect and build relationships that will increase account penetration, revenue growth and customer satisfaction with Jaeger
- Represent Jaeger at regional and national trade shows and other events
- Follow up on and resolve customer concerns, complaints and issues through proper procedures and appropriate forms
- Maintain regular and ongoing communication with internal and external customers
- Comply with the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics, Company policies, procedures and ISO standard
- Provide account profiles updates and sales reporting through Sales Force
- Submit expense reports on a timely basis
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree and 2 years of sales experience with a pattern of proven success
- Sales experience in medical device/healthcare/capital/software calling on hospitals OR a clinical degree in related field with successful leadership experience
- Persuasive and diplomatic
- Demonstrated attention to detail and self-driven sense of urgency
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain solid and positive, professional relationships
- Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and goals
- Ability to concentrate and multi-task
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to safely and lawfully operate a motor vehicle
- Bring in the demonstration equipment lifting 50 lbs
