Role Overview
- Serve as the primary contact for all product-related queries internally and externally.
- Define scope and create backlog items (epics, features, user stories) for agile development teams.
- Provide vision and direction to development teams and stakeholders.
- Identify user needs and translate them into business value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.
- Maintain a prioritised backlog of user stories ready for implementation.
- Document business requirements and specifications for new products or processes.
- Work closely with developers and UX designers to bring ideas from concept to product.
- Solve product-related challenges and perform trade-off analysis to meet deliverables.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education.
- Previous experience as a Product Owner 5 years above is a must.
- English fluency C1 is a must.
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Digital-first mindset with a passion for user-centred design.
- Basic software development knowledge.
