Role Overview
Provide and request standard reports
Conduct additional, detailed analyses to identify relevant opportunities, customer responses to campaigns, or financial KPIs
Work closely with Data Science to establish new scores or AI models and collaborate with other data teams
Actively use formats such as “Chat with your Data” to support data analyses and data-driven decision making
Requirements
University degree, ideally with a focus on Statistics, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a similar field
Experience with CRM or marketing automation systems
Practical experience or project work in data analysis, Business Intelligence, or CRM analytics
Ability to process large datasets, identify patterns, and translate them into actionable recommendations
Ability to clearly visualize and present complex data
Communicate clearly and persuasively, making technical information understandable for non-technical stakeholders, in German (C1) and English (at least B2)
Confident in using SAP tools, Wip, AfO
