Provide required standard reports to support operational and strategic campaign decisions
Perform granular analyses to evaluate relevant potentials, customer responses, and financial KPIs
Translate analyses into campaign setups and customer journeys
Implement new scores and AI models in collaboration with data science teams
Use available formats to accelerate hypothesis testing
Requirements
Completed degree, ideally in statistics, business informatics, data science, or a comparable field
Practical experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or CRM analytics
Confident use of CRM or marketing automation systems
Targeted analysis of large datasets
Ability to present complex topics in a clear and understandable way
Growth-oriented teamwork and collaboration
Language skills: German (C1) and English (B2)
