Enforce metadata standards and implement governance frameworks
Drive KPI-aligned data quality across federal healthcare data environments within DoD
Establish and sustain robust metadata management processes
Ensure compliance with federal standards
Monitor governance effectiveness through measurable indicators
Serve as a policy enforcer and governance practitioner

5 or more years of experience in data governance, metadata management, or database administration in federal or regulated environments
3 or more years of experience working with enterprise data across multiple database types
Experience with relational, non-relational, and object-oriented databases, both on-premises and cloud-hosted
Demonstrated experience implementing metadata standards enforcement and governance frameworks
Knowledge of data quality management and automated monitoring systems
Understanding of federal compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks (NIST, HIPAA, DoD data standards)
Proficiency in developing KPIs and performance measurement frameworks
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts into policy guidance and stakeholder-ready documentation
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
