You are the point of contact and provide support to employees and managers on personnel-related issues
You independently carry out the monthly payroll and salary processing
You manage employee master data in our HR system
You are responsible for employment contracts from creation through archiving
You support managers during the onboarding of new employees
You correspond with social insurance providers, offices, authorities and other internal and external stakeholders
You are responsible for recording, coding and posting business transactions (e.g., incoming and outgoing invoices)
You manage bank account bookkeeping, payment transactions, and account and master data maintenance
Requirements
You have completed an administrative or business-related vocational training, e.g., as an Industrial Clerk (Industriekaufmann/-frau), or hold an equivalent qualification
You have already gained initial professional experience in human resources
You demonstrate a confident use of HR systems and a basic affinity for technology
You possess analytical thinking skills and very good German language skills, both written and spoken (min. C1 level)
You are characterized by a quick grasp and an independent, responsible working style
