Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive enterprise-wide compliance framework to meet regulatory obligations across multiple jurisdictions, including licence conditions, privacy legislation, anti-bribery policies, and marketing standards.
Regularly update compliance programs in line with regulatory changes and emerging trends to ensure ongoing adherence.
Oversee the implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure alignment with Australian and New Zealand regulatory requirements.
Assist with management of notifiable data breaches, including documentation, investigation support and regulatory obligations.
Act as system administrator for the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platform, including configuration updates, workflow management and reporting.
Action and coordinate requests under the Privacy Act for customer's personal information and deletion including collating information, redaction and provision to customers.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance management within highly regulated industries, ideally in online wagering, gambling, or broader financial services industries.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in Australia and New Zealand, including AML/CTF, Safer Gambling, privacy laws, and advertising standards.
A proven background in developing, implementing and managing complex compliance frameworks and obligations within an organisation.
Proficiency in compliance monitoring systems (GRC systems) and data analytics tools.
