Role Overview
- Manage COs/MLROs for FIS regulated entities
- Lead centralized oversight and management of compliance teams
- Develop framework for clarity and consistency in compliance processes
- Engage with regulators and oversee regulatory inspections
- Support M&A due diligence and FIS integration efforts
- Serve as escalation point for COs/MLROs
Requirements
- Substantial financial services regulatory compliance experience in an executive leadership role
- Deep knowledge of compliance program requirements for regulated entities
- Proven ability to lead large, geographically distributed teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills and executive presence
- Deep expertise in compliance with various US and international regulators
- Experience engaging with regulators
