About this role
Role Overview
Provide autonomous support to the externally outsourced payroll provider in various payroll processes
Act as a contact person in the HR area; support the administrative onboarding process for new employees and participate in the hiring process
Monitor timely return of personnel documents and handle personnel-related inquiries
Record employees' working time data in our Vivendi software
Coordinate internship applications and take responsibility for processing internship contracts
Monitor deadlines for occupational health and safety and occupational medical appointments/training
Prepare employment references/letters of recommendation using HR software
Create statistics and analyses
Support and/or independently work on projects
Serve as IT coordinator during absence cover periods and support personnel recruiting
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Office Management Clerk, Office Communication Clerk, Administrative Clerk or equivalent)
Several years of prior experience and solid qualifications in human resources/personnel administration/employment law are required
Enthusiasm for diverse areas of responsibility and a willingness to learn new skills
Strong communication skills, initiative, a team-oriented and service-minded approach
