Role Overview
- Managing and advising an existing regional customer base as well as acquiring new customers in the passenger car and commercial vehicle sectors
- Independently planning and conducting customer appointments/visits
- Proactively selling the product range
- Optimizing and further developing existing sales processes
- Conducting market monitoring and competitor analysis
- Supporting sales and customer events
- Needs and potential analysis (Customer 360 analytics tool)
- Responsible for sales and profitability
- Participation in WM workshop trade fairs
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial training, preferably in the automotive sector
- Field sales experience within the automotive industry
- Understanding of market and customer needs
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach with a consistently friendly and professional demeanor
- Good German language skills (written and spoken)
- Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
- Confident user of MS Office applications
- Driving licence class B (formerly Class 3)
