Serve as the centralized communication point for all CDS projects initiated by Account Managers/Clients to ensure that team members receive timely and appropriate project information.
Identify and communicate roles and responsibilities at the beginning of all projects to ensure deliverables and timelines have been established correctly on the front end of the project.
Prioritize, expedite, and escalate projects accordingly.
Leverage resources within CDS when needed.
Frequent client interactions to manage expectations and communicate project status.
Effectively train and guide Account Managers on submitting the project requests.
Additionally, communicate with clients to ensure expected outcomes are effectively driven through our project management process.
Review and confirm that the project brief is complete with all necessary specifications and design details for the custom opportunity in Salesforce.
Verify new PO’s to ensure the order is accurate to the final approved work completed by the team.
Work closely with the Functional Manager regarding staff and resources required to successfully complete projects.
Identify target budget and selling expenses.
Consult with Senior Project Managers to address budgetary concerns with Account Managers.
