Contribute to defining your scope and facilitate workshops with the client.
Co-develop the project schedule in coordination with the project manager.
Coordinate a team of junior consultants, oversee their technical-functional activities and support their skills development.
Monitor progress of the different project phases within your scope.
Lead the design and configuration of the HRIS in line with client requirements and project implementation assumptions.
Ensure the quality of deliverables and client satisfaction.
Conduct investigations and proactively propose innovative solutions.
Support clients in building their proficiency on the solution.
Actively contribute to the development of the HCM Cloud community.

Higher education (business school, engineering school, or equivalent advanced degree)
Proven experience in implementing HRIS projects.
Proficiency with an integrated HRIS or payroll solution (Cornerstone OnDemand, Workday, Talentsoft, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Cegid, HR Access, etc.)
Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud is a plus.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
