About this role
Role Overview
- Participate in the analysis of profitability, financing, and acquisition processes for renewable energy projects
- Build financial models for projects at development, financing, or acquisition stages and audit/review investor or bank models
- Participate in the consultation process with banks and investors
- Review documentation related to financing and acquisition transactions
- Assist with internal and external due diligence processes for projects
- Prepare reports and presentations for management
- Monitor financing transactions in the portfolio
- Analyze and recommend electricity offtake/sales solutions for projects
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance or equivalent
- Prior experience at a financial institution or in the renewable energy sector is a plus
- Strong Excel skills and financial modeling experience (DCF, IRR/NPV, etc.)
- Knowledge of the renewable energy sector
- Understanding of accounting and finance principles
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Advanced proficiency in English
