Ensure timely procurement of service materials
Responsible for the ordering/disposition of relevant items according to requirements, including demand and inventory planning
Monitor delivery dates, manage dunning/reminder processes and review order confirmations
Support optimization of processes and procurement activities
Prepare product and quotation requests, including comparison of offers
Prepare and conduct price negotiations
Verify incoming invoices

Successfully completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
Ideally several years of professional experience in procurement/purchasing
Technical and commercial understanding as well as negotiation skills
Independent, solution-oriented and structured working style with a hands-on mentality
Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems
Good written and spoken English
