Advise management and business leaders on financial matters to help them realize their objectives sustainably.
Translate organizational goals into clear financial KPIs and monitor performance against budgets and forecasts.
Provide insights into financial results, identify trends, and translate these into actionable advice.
Prepare and analyze periodic financial reports, forecasts, and business cases.
Proactively signal risks and opportunities and support well-balanced trade-offs.
Ensure alignment between operational performance and financial governance.
Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting.
Requirements
You have a completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field;
You have several years of experience in a Business Controller or similar financial role;
You have experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and KPI reporting;
You are able to translate complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations for non-financial stakeholders;
You are proactive, analytical and comfortable challenging management in a constructive way;
You have strong communication skills and are able to build relationships across different departments;
Experience in a SaaS, IT or project-driven environment is a plus;
You are comfortable working with financial systems and Excel; experience with BI tooling is an advantage.

Starting with a monthly gross salary between €4,000 and €5,800 based on 40 hours per week, depending on your experience and seniority;
