Program Manager I – Digital Delivery Lead, Money Movement

Role Overview

• Independently lead multi-disciplinary teams through large-scale transformational change initiatives
• Ensure project alignment by monitoring and controlling cost, schedule, and technical performance
• Provide transparency to senior leadership of progress of initiatives
• Proactively drive accountability across the program and value streams
• Build, lead, mentor, and motivate multidisciplinary teams
• Develop and tailor communications for various organizational levels

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years’ proven project management experience
• A combined minimum of 12 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 8 years’ proven project management experience in lieu of a degree
• Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent software packages
• Strong knowledge of project management methodology
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work individually as well as a member of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills necessary for business partner relationships
