Support marketing and business partners in coordinating event operations and execution for proprietary and third-party industry events.
Assist in managing event deliverables, such as speaker preparation, thought leadership placement, brand presence, Social Media plans and attendee engagement.
Own and maintain internal marketing tools and repositories including presentation and speaker libraries, and processes in Cvent and Adobe Workfront.
Collaborate on presentation content and ensure accurate, compliant, and compelling materials are prepared for all events.
Partner with the Marketing Effectiveness team to compile post-event reports, including attendee feedback, performance against goals, and recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study
Preferred experience in event coordination, project support, content coordination, or marketing
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Workfront, and CVENT
