Role Overview
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of B2B client accounts
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
- Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategy calls
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account revenue
- Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client success
- Monitor account health metrics and proactively address risks
- Prepare reports, presentations, and performance summaries
- Support contract renewals and commercial negotiations
- Maintain accurate account data within CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales
- Proven track record of client retention and revenue growth
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Comfortable handling client calls and presentations
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms)
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience working with UK or US clients preferred
