They are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead and elevate their e-commerce client accounts, focusing on strategic leadership and performance analysis to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of e-commerce clients, presenting insights, strategic recommendations, and performance reports to help achieve business goals
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee the execution of paid media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, effective project management, and client satisfaction
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of digital campaigns
- Performance Analysis: Use data analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance (ROAS, net revenue, etc.) to meet client objectives
- Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, contribute to internal training, and share best practices across the team
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in e-commerce account management and paid media strategy
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data insights
- Proven ability to think strategically and drive results through innovative paid media strategies
- Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to make actionable decisions
