Role Overview
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and social selling.
- Identify and qualify IT decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, IT Managers, Operations Leads).
- Research companies to understand their IT infrastructure, pain points, and growth goals.
- Generate and nurture high-quality B2B leads within SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, MSP, and IT consulting sectors.
- Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Track KPIs including call volume, email outreach, meeting bookings, and pipeline contribution.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, or SDR roles.
- Proven cold calling experience with confidence handling objections and gatekeepers.
- Demonstrated ability to meet daily call quotas and consistently book qualified meetings through phone outreach.
- Experience selling IT services, SaaS platforms, cybersecurity solutions, cloud services, or tech products is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT terminology and buyer personas.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales KPIs.
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
