Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with the Company's business objectives and drives competitive advantage
Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable data architectures and business intelligence solutions
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key business opportunities and challenges that can be addressed through data and analytics
Oversee the design and maintenance of the enterprise data architecture, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility
Implement best practices for data modeling, data integration, and data governance
Ensure the scalability and performance of data systems to support growing business needs
Drive the creation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization

Bachelor Degree and 15+ years experience or Masters Degree with 10+ yrs experience
Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise data architectures and BI solutions
Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, data modeling, and data governance
Proficiency in BI tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and data management technologies (e.g., SQL, Hadoop, Spark)
Requires proficiency using AI tools skillfully with an understanding of how to develop/create intelligent prompts and/or agents
