Provide hands-on support for communications, marketing, and event-related activities across the EIT RawMaterials Education portfolio
Ensure seamless execution of campaigns, social media, and content management
Support the Communications and Marketing Manager on strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and brand positioning
Draft, schedule, and monitor posts across EIT RM Academy channels
Manage content calendars and coordinate asset delivery with the graphic designer and agencies
Track and report social media analytics and performance KPIs
Support logistics and communications for owned and external Education events
Manage event communications and updates
Update webpages and maintain content consistency
Manage internal requests
Requirements
3-6 years’ experience in communications, marketing, or project coordination
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Well-versed with social media trends and tools
Proficiency with CMS tools (WordPress or similar), social scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sproutsocial, Brandwatch, etc.), and MS Office/Google Suite
Experience with event support and coordination
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Familiarity with agency functions or the education/innovation ecosystem is a strong advantage.
