About this role
Role Overview
Provide Pre-Sales support of the PNT and Inertial Labs portfolio of VIAVI Aerospace & Defence in the Asia region
Identify and assist in developing new opportunities in the Military, Utilities, Transportation and Education sectors
Conduct market analysis to track opportunities, competitor activities and regional market dynamics
Support and enable Channel Partners to achieve/exceed the business goals and sales quota in the assigned territory
Develop and execute sales programs directly in cooperation with the Business Unit
Work with the channel ecosystem to appropriately cover the assigned products to meet and exceed company sales objectives
Maintain accurate sales forecast using CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics)
Attend tradeshows and host seminars to promote VIAVI PNT and Inertial Labs Solutions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or Communications or Avionics related technical training and experience is preferred
At least 6 ~ 8 years of experience in Timing or Inertial Navigation related roles
Highly organized with strong time management and multi-tasking skills
An understanding of sales and business development skills
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to coordinate with colleagues on cross-territory accounts, such as strategic and key accounts
Experience with developing and managing distribution partners in the Asian region
Use of CRM systems (such as Salesforce.com or Dynamics) experience preferred
Ability to travel Internationally regularly
Ability to hold a Secret Clearance
