Develop structural design solutions for towers, vertical structures, mounts, appurtenances, platforms, foundations, and related infrastructure using applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
Prepare and review structural calculations, design assumptions, load paths, and connection details to ensure compliance and constructability.
Support preparation of Issued for Construction (IFC) design packages, including technical drawings, design notes, and supporting engineering documentation.
Develop and ensure drawing packages accurately reflect engineering intent and field installation requirements.
Perform design checks and technical reviews for internal and external engineering deliverables.
Provide engineering support for grounding and bonding interface conditions associated with installations.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, and field teams to align engineering deliverables with installation sequencing, outage windows, and site-specific constraints.
Participate in meetings, technical planning calls, design reviews.
Respond to RFIs, submittal comments, and field technical questions in a timely and practical manner.
Support field issue resolution and design clarifications, including site visits as needed for critical verification and constructability confirmation.
Contribute to as-built technical updates and project closeout documentation.
Identify structural risks, constructability conflicts, and scope gaps early in the design process to minimize downstream cost impacts and schedule delays.
Support estimating and business development with technical scope interpretation, concept layouts, quantity checks, and preliminary engineering assumptions.
