About this role
Role Overview
Manage and grow a strategic key account
Identify new opportunities within the existing scope
Build strong relationships with business, technical and procurement stakeholders
Implement a clear development strategy
Optimize revenue and margin
Analyze and oversee responses to tenders/RFPs
Develop competitive, well-structured proposals
Negotiate contractual terms and conditions
Ensure contract execution and delivery
Anticipate client needs
Work closely with recruitment teams
Place the best candidates
Monitor consultants during assignments
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction
Monitor revenue, margin, staffing, and forecasts
Secure contract renewals
Directly contribute to the group's growth
Requirements
Minimum 10 to 15 years' experience in an IT services company (ESN)
Proven expertise in technical assistance/service delivery
Experience managing large, strategic accounts
Comfortable with public procurement and tender processes
Experience managing a significant revenue volume
Strong commercial maturity and genuine business sense
