Lead strategic sourcing and supply chain initiatives throughout the organization
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure continuous and stable supply of indirect materials, services, and equipment
Analyze spend data, market trends, and supplier capabilities to identify savings opportunities and mitigate risks
Partner with internal departments to understand business requirements, align sourcing priorities, and drive strategic initiatives
Negotiate with suppliers for lower pricing, better payment terms, delivery, yearly rebates, capacity reservation
Monitor and review the price, delivery and quality of MRO materials and services

Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of five years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Engineering or Supply Chain preferred
APICS certification, CPMS certification, Six-Sigma experience, and quality experience preferred
A strong understanding of MRP systems, SAP preferred
