Provide strategic leadership on document management
Lead and mentor a team of document management professionals, policy coordinators, and administrative staff
Report on key performance indicators and improvement initiatives to executive leadership
Lead the management and continuous improvement of the organization’s policy management system
Ensure all documentation practices meet applicable regulations and accreditation standards
Develop and deliver training programs for staff on document management processes and tools
Partner with service line leaders to develop and implement enterprise-wide quality strategies

Master’s degree in public health, nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field is required
Minimum 5-10 years of progressive experience in quality or healthcare risk management within a complex healthcare setting
Proven ability to inspire and mobilize interdisciplinary teams toward shared goals
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
Advanced proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and translating insights into actionable improvement strategies
Commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and continuous learning
Proficient in project management and continuous improvement methodologies
