Lead the design and implementation of integrated fundraising campaign planning.
Direct a detailed review of lessons learned from previous campaigns.
Leads efforts to raise campaign funds for strategic agency priorities.
Develops campaign plans that align to agency’s strategic priorities and vision.
Acts as lead campaign strategist and collaborates closely with the board engagement team.
Guide the evaluation of campaign effectiveness and campaign ROI on various events.

Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
Minimum 8 years’ of fundraising experience.
Minimum 10 years’ experience directing the execution of complex, high-profile events.
Documented experience in the development and implementation of integrated digital marketing, communication, and content/event plans.
Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Understanding of Catholic Church and its teachings preferred.
Broad knowledge of and/or experience with fundraising campaigns.
Ability to work in a team setting as leader, participant, and facilitator.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to coach a team to increase level of performance.
Exceptional representational skills to interact with volunteer leadership, high profile donors and internal and external stakeholders.
Strategic planning and agile project management skills.
