About this role

Under the direction of the Director Analytics System, responsible for developing standard reports that serve the needs of business users.
Play a key role in projects across revenue cycle functions, focusing on data analysis to inform management.
Work directly with project and business leaders to identify analytical requirements and develop financial models.
Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and key business users to ensure requirements are documented accurately.
Utilize advanced data analytics to develop and maintain certified datasets for Revenue Cycle KPI metrics.

Bachelors degree required, preferably in Health Informatics or finance field, or related field of study
Masters Degree in Health Informatics, Business, Public Health or related field preferred
3+ years of related managed healthcare or insurance operations experience
Excellent understanding with Hospital Billing and Professional billing data
Demonstrated expertise with SQL, crystal reports and Tableau
Expertise with relational database concepts, data modeling and OLAP technologies.
