Elicit and document requirements for new features and enhancements to existing systems

Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role
Skilled in requirements elicitation and process mapping
Strong analytical ability to identify problems, impacts, and improvement opportunities
Good communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical teams
Knowledge of SQL for queries, analysis, and data validation
