About this role
Role Overview
Identify and penetrate a curated list of high-value enterprise accounts through a combination of networking, strategic research, and leveraging existing C-level relationships.
Lead all phases of the enterprise sales motion, including discovery, diagnosis, solution design, and delivery.
Manage complex contract negotiations, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), ensuring favorable commercial terms that balance merchant ROI with long-term company profitability.
Partner with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Implementation teams to ensure successful merchant onboarding.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, such as Interchange Plus Plus (IC++) pricing models, PCI DSS compliance, and emerging fraud prevention technologies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Finance or related field
10 years’ experience in enterprise relationship management, product strategy or business development with SaaS or payment solutions.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
10–15+ years of relevant sales experience focused on Enterprise Payment Acceptance (Acquiring, Processing, or Open Banking).
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence CXO decision-makers and navigate complex "internal friction" within large organizations.
Deep knowledge of the global payments value chain, including settlement cycles, API-driven financial services, and tokenization.
MBA is highly preferred.
