About this role
Role Overview
Oversee all paid digital marketing activities, including paid search (SEM), marketplace listings (ex. ZocDoc), display ads, paid social advertising, programmatic, video, and beyond
Develop and execute strategic plans for paid digital marketing campaigns focused on new patient acquisition
Ownership of channel budgets and resource allocation across brands, providers, and channels to achieve the organization’s objectives
Measure and report paid campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), providing strategic recommendations that drive continuous improvement
Plan, execute, and measure A/B and multivariate ad experiments to optimize paid campaign conversions
Create landing pages and perform conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Review and recommend new paid advertising technologies and platforms
Build business cases and pro forma projections for new and creative paid digital marketing channels
Maintain accuracy of practices and providers on ZocDoc and insurance directories
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
3+ years running paid media of $20,000+ per month for a healthcare entity
Deep expertise in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business analytics or a related field
Results-oriented mentality and ability to prioritize projects
Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
Experience with marketing analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Reliable high-speed internet

Ability to focus when not in an office setting
Self-starting mentality and critical thinking skills
Ability to function both independently and as part of a distributed team
