Produce monthly HR reporting analysis including but not limited to starter and leaver movement, FTE actual vs budget, M/F headcount analysis, promotions and transfers within the business
Support the business/senior management team where required on HR analysis required for decision making
Monthly and quarterly analysis on employee retention
Quarterly employer of choice data collection
Monthly analysis on all payroll elements where required with specific focus on variable pay paid to employees (overtime, commissions, bonus etc.)
Monthly reporting on recruitment data with a focus on analysis and explanation of the key trends
Produce monthly headcount files for financial reporting purposes in the monthly management accounts
Annual audit projects to ensure a robust and adequate control environment for payroll and HR
Commission scheme modelling and analysis
Assist with identifying risks within the business and propose solutions to any control issues that arise
Assistance with internal and external auditors to support their activities
Work proactively to close out any control issues they may raise
Assistance with large compliance projects
Support the Financial Controller and HR Reporting Manager and the wider team where required
BBBEE data modelling and quarterly reporting on actuals
Deliver all ad-hoc assignments as they arise.
