Owning and evolving the end-to-end Revenue Operations strategy, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer and Finance
Acting as a centre of excellence for revenue data, analytics and insights, providing clear, trusted reporting to senior leadership
Designing and optimising revenue processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, performance tracking and planning
Partnering with leaders to improve go-to-market execution, decision-making and operational efficiency
Defining and maintaining revenue metrics, dashboards and governance that scale with the organisation
Supporting strategic initiatives and ad-hoc projects related to growth, pricing, performance and operating rhythm
Building strong cross-functional relationships and influencing without relying on hierarchy in a growing organisation

Significant experience in Revenue Operations, Commercial Analytics, or a closely related discipline 8-10 years' experience minimum
Exposure to complex revenue models and cross-functional operating environments
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability
The ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for executives
A pragmatic mindset, you know when “simple and effective” beats over-engineering
Experience operating in organisations that are growing, but not yet enterprise-scale
