About this role
Role Overview
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for designated client accounts in the EMEA region.
Provide advice on the selection, installation, and configuration of electronic security products (cameras, alarms, access control systems, etc.).
Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and supplying timely solutions.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Collaborate with sales, technical support, and product teams to address customer needs.
Conduct project analysis together with the customer.
Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and technical documentation.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
Stay updated on new products, industry trends, and security standards.
Requirements
Proven experience in an international B2B sales support role
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Previous experience in electronic security systems, technical support, or account management in a B2B environment.
Strong technical knowledge of security hardware and systems.
Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills.
